Ortho-Bionomy Workshop 0731

The Healing Reflex

Journeys to Healing Self and World

Space is the final frontier. Not outer space but the familiar space through which we move. We think we know it. We move in it as if we know what it is all about. But, are we really using this space around us to our full advantage?

Healing happens through changing one’s relationship to space.

The universe is a self-organizing system. And, our biological systems are a part of that larger system. Basically, this implies that

  1. we are an integral part of the universe and
  2. through finding right relationship with the universe (the space, people, and life events around us), enhanced wellbeing and healing becomes possible.

Any thing exists only in relation to other things. There is no such thing as a single, unitary individual. Healing is a reflex, which is to say an automatic response arising out of right relationship with the space around us. Through finding right relationship, healing happens reflexively … naturally.

The workshop:

A two-day (plus one optional evening) workshop specifically focused on helping you discover your sense of wellbeing and bring forth your innate ability to relax and heal.

An experience of participating in healing, it is praxis: reflection and action upon the world in order to transform it; a practical and applied knowledge to one’s actions.

A full weekend dedicated to having fun, taking care of yourself and exploring what it means to be in right relationship with the people, life events, and world around you. Plus, you will leave with practical, tangible tools to take back to your families and everyday life.
